- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use
- Place the candle on an even surface away from drafts, curtains, and heat
- Burn until the entire top layer of the candle is liquid, approximately 1 hour per 1 inch of the candle diameter
- After 4 hours stop burning and extinguish with a candle snuffer or candle dipper
- Store the candle out of direct sunlight
- Stop using when there is less 1/2 inch of wax
